Second Chance Saturday with Elena Lishchenko

Hi all, it's Elena here today sharing three layouts that I created with the September Kit. For these projects I used products from the Main Kit. I love this amazing paper from Cocoa Vanilla Studio. I think it's really good for a Clean and Simple style, so my layouts are very simple and soft.

My first layout is about my son. It was good summer day for our walking.

My second layout shows my stepdaughter with very a fun hairstyle.

I love die-cutting and fussy-cutting. So I use many paper elements for these layouts.

My last layout is about my son.

First, I cut five triangles.

Then I stuck them down and added a piece of Dovecraft Grosgrain Ribbon.

Next, I glued down my photo and another triangle.

I then added two pieces of Donna Downey Lace, Little Letter Stickers and Sentiments Stickers.

And finally I added some stamping and splashes of paint.

Thanks for visiting. I hope you'll enjoy and be inspired!

Elena's August Kit Projects

Hi all, it's Elena here today sharing some mixed media projects that I created with the August Kit. For these projects I used products from the Main Kit.

My first project is a mixed media layout with the amazing Dovecraft Bohemian Paper Pad. I love the floral prints!

I love fussy cutting, so I cut lots of flowers and doilies from this range and added some sequins (included in the Main Kit).

I also added some gesso and watercolor paint to make the background more interesting.

Main Kit Supplies:
Dovecraft Bohemian 12x12 Premium Paper Pad
Dovecraft Bohemian Sequins

Next, I want to share with you a tutorial for two mixed media cards.

First, I cut two pieces of paper from the Dovecraft Bohemian 12x12 Premium Paper Pad.

I then mixed yellow paint and embossing paste and used it with a Prima stencil.

I then added white floss from my stash.

I cut lots of flowers and doilies and other beautiful pictures from this amazing paper.

I added Bohemain Wooden Buttons from the Main Kit, some accents from the Prima Wishes & Dreams Type & Tabs Stickers and two mini-frames and white cord from my stash.

Next, I added some color with watercolor paint.

And some Bohemian Sequins to finish. I also added some doodling for more contrast.

Here are some close-ups:

Thank you for visiting! I'll be back later this week sharing another mixed media tutorial!
All the kits are available from the C'est Magnifique Store.
