Elena's Project with the June Kit

Hi all, it's Elena here today sharing my project I created with the June Kit. The kits for June are so amazing! I loved working with them! The papers from the Blue Fern Déjà Vu collection are just beautiful! So I decided to create an album!

Let's look?

Here is the cover:

Close-up:

For this album I used the beautiful June Main Kit and some thread, vellum and cotton cloth from my stash and natural flowers from my garden. I used watercolor paint to make my background more interesting.

Guest Designer Rhonda Van Ginkel

Greetings to you!  It's Rhonda Van Ginkel here again to host the blog for you today as a Guest Designer featuring projects created from the oh so beautiful June Kit.

My first project is a page that I created that features the sentiment from the pretty Blue Fern Studios "Déjà Vu" paper, Petites Cartes. I also used the Blue Fern Studios Déjà Vu Dangles chipboard here,  touching it lightly with sage green ink. To anchor it at the top I used the KaiserCraft Pearl Brad included in the kit.

I used some of the Prima acetate packaging as part of my design as well as the pretty Frost Gypsy Rose in yellow and grey. The grey flower, I pulled the outer leaves off to use a smaller bud for the design.

The larger daisy and smaller scrunched rose are cut using some dies in my stash along with the leaves, flourishes, bird on a branch, scalloped cove rectangle, notebook paper layer and banner. Other florals are fussy cut from the paper.

My next project is a card that I tried to create with a masculine appeal to it with several fussy cut elements from the papers. Even though it has a bit of floral elements, it felt masculine to me with the bird envelope. This card uses the Prima packaging as a background layer over the top of the pattern paper.

The transition line for the acetate is disguised by the lacy border die cut, then the other elements are collaged under the sentiment block. The sentiment is from a set by My Favorite Things.

Non-kit items used here include: Stickles, Enamel Dots, Prima Say It In Crystals Center and Dies.

For my final project, I went with a vintage romantic theme and again cut out some of my favorite elements from the papers. I created a tent fold card base from Kraft card stock, then rounded the corners on the top.  After layering my first two layers on top, I stitched around the card.

I added the smaller scalloped rectangle die cut behind the lacy rectangle die cut, and then layered the sentiment on top after cutting it from a smaller scalloped rectangular die to keep the soft and round elements continuing.

I used a scalloped lacy trim across the bottom and finished it with my purple ribbon that I softened with a bit of gesso. Next, I cut the floral cluster out, then lady on the swing out and arranged them around the design, adhering with foam squares. The final step was to add the grey Prima Frost Gypsy Rose to the design and ink it lightly with lavender distress ink.

I hope that you've enjoyed my projects today as much as I enjoyed creating them!  Thank you so much to C'est Magnifique Kit Club for inviting me to Guest Design for you, it was so much fun!!!

Tammy's Projects with the June Kit

Hi! It's my day to share what I've done with the June Kit, "Breathless"!

I love this kit! It has the same colors as my son and daughter in law's wedding! So I used pictures from their wedding on all my layouts!

This first one is them with the Wedding and Grooms cake, "Celebrate"!

I used from the Main Kit, all Add On Kits and the Mixed Media Kit. I also used ink, punches, and gesso from my stash. I love the soft purples and yellows in this kit!
And yes, the barn is a cake! I have some of his toy tractors and farm animals around it. I even blew up a picture of him playing "farm" and it is displayed with the cake!

This is my grandsons, the oldest is teaching the younger one how to blow bubbles, "Life"

I used items from the Main Kit, all Add Ons and the Mixed Media Kit. I used the Faber-Castell clear texture gems to make the bubbles on the background and the pictures. I also used a piece of acetate and a die to cut the butterflies. Then used alcohol ink to color them. I also used ink and punches from my stash.

This last layout is them coming out of the church, "Moments in Time".

I used items from the Main Kit, and Add On Kits. I also used gesso and  punches from my stash.

This last project is a box that came with the Mixed Media Kit. It makes a lovely gift box!

I used items from the Main Kit, Flower Add On Kit and Mixed Media Kit. I used brads from the kit to give the box feet. I used a doily from my stash to make the lace trim around the box.

I will need to purchase more products from this line to finish all the Wedding pictures! If you see anything here you like, the Kits are available in the store while supplies last. Thank you for stopping by!

Maria's June Kit Projects

Hello!

Maria here today to share my June projects.

Finally the beautiful month of June is here. :) The kits this month are so perfect for the upcoming Summer months photos.

This picture on this layout is from a vacation on the Canary Islands. I've used flowers from the Flower Add-On and papers from the Main Kit. The rub-ons from Paper House are so cute. :)

Here I've used flowers from the Flower Add-On. One of my new favorite products is the Fairy Frost Glitter from C'est Magnifique.

Finally, I have decorated the chipboard ATCs from Prima. These are found in the Embellishment Add-On.

That was all for today, thanks for looking.

Check out the June kits here. :)
