Evelyn´s December Kits Projects

Hello dear C´est Magnifique friends, it´s Evelyn here today with my projects, made with the adorable C'est Magnifique December kits and add-ons  "Victorian Holiday".

My first layout is a wintery one called "Angel". I only used the  Main Kit.
By sprikling much watered down Gesso, you can add a frosty feeling to your pages. A great way to brin a frosty look to your photos is to use the Tim Holtz Frosted Film from the Main Kit. It adds a beautiful icy shimmer and is really easy to use!
from my stash: Gesso, stamp, ink and embossing powder
here some detail photos:

My next layout shows my big sister and me at the tender age of three and two years.
In Germany on the 6th of December there comes Saint Nicholas to the children to have a look, if they were good the whole year. The brave ones are allowed to hold his rod - my sister was brave!
from my stash: Gesso, stencil

My last layout is called 24. In Germany we celebrate chistmas at the 24th of December. We go to church in the afternoon and after dinner here in Bavaria the Christkind (christ child), not Santa Claus, puts all the presents under the chistmas tree. The family singing christmas songs, eat cookies and drink mulled wine and unpack the packages.

from my stash: white card stock, Gesso, stamp and ink, old book pages

I have made a process video, enjoy watching!

My last project is a wall hanger, made with the Main Kit, the Mixed Media Kit and the Embellishment Add On. A tutorial for the poinsettia you can find here.

Nadine's December Kit Projects

Hello, Nadine here today sharing my projects that I created using the December C'est Magnifique Kits.

For my first project, I used the vinyl records from the December Mixed Media Kit to create an album of my families favorite Christmas songs. I cut the title out with my Silhouette Cameo, "The Sounds of Christmas".

From my stash: Gesso and twine

My next project is a layout of my son and I visiting Santa many years ago. On the background, I used a snowflake stencil and the white media that dries clear with glitter in it to give a fun texture to it.

From my stash: Snowflake Stencil, Gesso, Stickles. The title is cut with a Spellbinders die.

On my next layout is a picture of my daughter when she was one month old, I did some fussy cutting from the papers from the main kit. I don't fussy cut too often, but I like how this turned out with the angel. Tearing some small areas off on the edges of the background paper and using your small scrap pieces is a great way to add hints of more color to your page.

From my stash: Gesso

The papers in the main kit are gorgeous and worked perfectly to help me get some Christmas cards made.

From my stash: Gesso and twine

Thank you for looking, and I hope you were inspired. To see all of the C'est Magnifique Kits click HERE.

Kathleen's December Kit Projects

Merry Christmas one and all!  Kathleen here sharing a few layouts I created with C'est Magnifique's "A Victorian Christmas" kit.  It is absolutely magical. I had so much playing with all of the stickers, papers, flowers, feathers and so much more!

This first layout is very dear to my heart.  This is a picture of my grandson's first time meeting Santa.

I used only the main kit.
The holly for the wreath was fussy cut from one of the papers as well as the bells.
The doily is from my stash.

Next is a picture of my daughter taken for her high school graduation.
Only the main kit was used.

Even pictures taken in spring time work well with these lovely papers.
I only used the main kit.

I used three different stencils for the background.
Glitter glue, cheese clothe and gold thread came from my stash.

My final layout sports my daughter at the barn.  She was a member of her college's equestrian team.
I used only the main kit.

I love to layer and this layout has a lot! lol
Stash items: gold thread, doily, cheese clothe
