Design Team

My name is Dana Tatar and I am a stay-at-home mom who likes to play with paper and scissors. I was a biochemist before I decided to stay home full-time with my daughters and my analytical mind is always present when I'm crafting. I really enjoy playing with wet media; mixing things together, heating and drying things out and trying to find creative uses for products. I share several of my favorite "experiments" on my Tutorials Page.

I have had many hobbies over the years, but scrapping is the one that really gives me satisfaction. I started scrapbooking to preserve memories after the birth of my first daughter and have grown to love the creative outlet. I love to mix products from different collections on my layouts and I frequently find inspiration in music, poetry and pop culture. I love fussy cutting and flowers and both can be seen on the majority of my layouts.

I'm currently designing for several teams! I love to try new things and stretch myself as an artist. I am fortunate to be able to work with new stamps, chipboard, vintage embellishments kits, traditional paper crafting kits and whimsical paper crafting supplies on a monthly basis. This fantastic variety of materials, from all over the world, helps ensure that no matter what mood I'm in I'll have something that catches my eye, and oftentimes short, attention span.

When I'm not scrapping, I enjoy cooking and baking, reading, listening to music and spending time outdoors with my family.

I’m so excited to be joining the C'est Magnifique Design Team. My name is Debbie Burns and I live in the beautiful state of Maryland very near our nation’s capital, Washington, DC. I’m a single mom to two adult children, ages 24 and 27 and one precious dog, Zoey. By day I am an Assistant Project Manager for a General Contractor and in the evenings and weekends you can find me in my craft room busy creating away or outside tending to my flower gardens.

I fell in love with scrapbooking years ago when I was given a finished album, “all about me” for a birthday present. I took a couple of beginner’s classes and have been hooked ever since. I love to create shabby chic layouts which include mixed media and this past year I ventured into the world of canvases!

I currently am on the Design Team for Scrap Around the World and in the past have had the wonderful experience of being the DT coordinator for Frosted Designs. I’ve also been on design teams for Berry71bleu, Artful Delight, Purple Pumpkin, and Stuck On U Sketches.

I am looking forward to my time here at C’est Magnifique and can’t wait to share my projects with you! Would love for you to stop by my blog here.

Hello! My name is Djamila Khiter. I live with my family in the North of France, near Lille. I am a stay at home mom (I have 4 sons and 4 daughters, no, it's not a joke ;) ), but when they are at school or sleeping, I love creating scrapbook layouts, cards, ATCs, canvases, and altered projects. I love eclectic styles and have a preference for mixed media. I also enjoy sewing, knitting and many other crafts. I am honored to be a part of C'est Magnifique design team and to work with such beautiful kits.

Hi! I’m Patti Hamil. I’m a wife to a wonderful husband, Mother to 3 grown children, Grandmother (MiMi) to a beautiful granddaughter and will have another grandchild in February. I also have 3 dogs and an 18 year old cat! I live in beautiful north Georgia and love scrapbooking and doing things outdoors. I love mountain biking and water skiing and also 4 wheeling. I have been scrapping for more years than I want to mention, lol, and have been on many design teams. I have been published, have taught classes and have the honor and pleasure of designing for several manufacturers for HSN and QVC UK. I look forward to working with these lovely kits and I'm so happy to be here!

Hi! I am Tammy Broadaway. I live on a cattle farm in Arkansas with my husband. We have three adult children who are happily married, two daughters and one son. We also have two wonderful grandsons.

I have been a Registered Nurse for 33 years. I have to support my Scrapbooking habit, right?

I have been scrapbooking since I was a young teen, but the formal style of scrapbooking since my daughter took me to a local Scrapbook Store 14 years ago. I immediately feel in love with the hobby and have changed and grown with my style over the years. My Scrapping Style is Shabby Chic/Vintage. I love flowers, bling, ink, layering and distressing. I love going to crops with friends and meeting new Scrappy friends.

I am involved in swaps. We swap tags, and altered objects such as Jean Pockets. We take “junk” and make it a work of art! I have met some of my best friends through my "Scrapping Journey”! I love attending crops for the day or weekend. I enjoy teaching classes. There is nothing better than being with people who share the love of creativity and preserving memories!

When I’m not working, or scrapping I enjoy spending time with my family, reading mysteries, surfing the web and watching you tube videos (about crafting of course)!

Hello, I'm Stina Westbom, a creative teacher who likes to spend time outdoors when I'm not sitting in my scrap room. I live in Piteå, Sweden with my partner Tomas, our wonderful son Jonathan, our English Setter Peak and our cat Hilda. I have been scrapping since 2005 and slipped into this hobby when I was looking for material to create a birthday card for a friend. There was never any doubt that this was something for me. I'm into most things within scrapbooking and my style is a bit of a mix between romantic and grungy.

In 2009 I was involved in starting a scrapbooking association that I now sit in the chair for. I 'm also a design team member at Scrap-Ateljén and ARTastic.

Scrapbooking is a way for me to express my creativity. To get creative with my hands gives me joy and brings peace. My inspiration I find, among other things, at scrap meetings in our local association. We are good at sharing tips, ideas, techniques and tutorials. Then there is the great source of inspiration on the internet where I'm inspired by blogs, forums, groups on Facebook and especially Pinterest which is a real gold mine.

I'm so honored to be a part of this wonderful team and this absolutely wonderful kit club. I hope you find my work inspiring and take time to stop by my blog:

Hi! My name is Maria Krafft and I live on the beautiful west coast of Sweden. I live on Orust, about one hour north of Gothenburg in a small village. The nature around me is absolutely amazing and I take a lot of pictures of the sea, fishing boats, fishing villages and of course of my beautiful family. I have three children, two girls that are 10 and 13, and one boy that is 6 years old. Together with my husband and kids I love to travel and spend time with my lovely friends.

I have always loved creating with my hands. There has always been a project somewhere :) I started scrapbooking more than ten years ago. I have tried out many different styles and I can´t say that I prefer any style more than another. At the moment I use mixed media products on my layouts but sometimes I prefer just making it clean and simple. I also make cards, art journals, canvases and I enjoy working with Project Life.

When I´m not creating something my spare time goes to my kids activities that are soccer and handball, baking and decorating at home.

I have been on several design teams in Sweden and Scandinavia before and I am so happy to be joining the C'est Magnifique girls and sharing my projects made with the lovely kits. If you want to see more of my projects you are welcome to visit my blog.

My name is Evelyn Walter and I am so very happy to be joining the C'est Magnifique Kits Design Team. I live in a small village in Bavaria, Germany, about 45 minutes from the Bavarian capital Munich, well known all over the world for it's Oktoberfest. I am a single mum to two children, a son aged 21, who doesn't live at home anymore and a teenage daughter of 15.

For my profession I am a teacher for home economics and handwork. I teach children cooking and several techniques from paper crafting, crocheting, knitting, woodwork and more. In my spare time I love to craft for my own desires. I've been creative since I was a child with changing preferences, from pottering to sewing.

I discovered scrapbooking about one and a half years ago by browsing the web and tried my first page - and what shall I say: I immediately fell in love with it! Since then I try several techniques, particularly mixed media with all its possibilities is a favorite of me. I also like to make cards, alter items, make canvases and of course layouts. I love the steampunk style as much as flower and vintage style, it depends on my mood and the picture.

I´m looking forward to the time at C'est Magnifique, a big adventure for me, because it is my first time being a member of a Design Team. I hope for your support and do my very best to give you some inspiration!

Hi! My name is Leila Cardoso. I'm addicted to scrap. I'm 38, married and have two beautiful children who are my greatest source of inspiration. I'm grateful for my family. We love being in touch with nature and we also are passionate about pets: dogs, cats, turtles and many others. I live in Arararuma, a beautiful region in Rio de Janeiro - Brazil, where we have beautiful beaches and lagoons to enjoy and relax.

My name is Olga Eltysheva. I'm 34 years old and live in cold Russia with my family - husband, young daughter and a small dog. I've been scrapbooking about two years, I like to create pages, albums and notebooks. I really love the old stuff and vintage style, and mixed media and all that is associated with it. I have a large collection of paints, sprays and other media. I'm very glad to be part of such a great team!

Hello! My name is Catherine, aka cat444 on the forums. I am a passionate scrapbooker for 10 years now. I am the mother of two little loves who are the main stars of my pages. I love the mixed media and flowers. I am very happy to share my projects as a member of the C'est Magnifique Design Team!

My name is Elena Lishchenko. I'm from Russia. I’m 31. I love my family - my husband and two sons; they bring me joy and new ideas for my projects. Even though my profession is an engineer, I’ve always been a creative and art loving person. I really love scrapbooking and card making. I have been scrapbooking for more than a year. I enjoy making layouts, cards, and other art objects. I love trying new styles and techniques. One of my favorite styles is Mixed Media. I also see that it is very modern now and very popular among other scrappers.

My name is Tatiana Yemelyanenko. I'm from Dnipropetrovsk, Ukraine. I hold a PhD in Computer Science and worked at the University but now my work is my sweet little daughter. I fell in love with scrapbooking and mixed media in the end of 2011. I love that scrapbooking helps me to capture the moments of my life and brings the feeling of creativity to ordinary days. I like to experiment with different styles and techniques and use mists, paints, texture pastes and stencils in my projects.

I am Solange Marques and I live in Curitiba, Brazil. I've been in love with scrapbooking since 2004. I have been married to João for almost 29 years and I have five children: Camila (28), Alexandre (27), Bruno (24), Gabriela (18) and Miguel (13). We also have a granddaughter, Clara (5) and a grandson , Samuel (2). I majored in Architecture and Fine Arts (perhaps that explains my huge passion for painting and its constant presence in my layouts). I've worked in a bank as a jewelry appraiser for almost 25 years, which consumes most of my time and keeps me from having a greater production of scrapbooking pages. I love mixing techniques, mainly involving paint and textures. I think one of my most recognizable technique is to merge the photo with the background (this is my favorite technique)! I love the artsy style!
