The weekend is finally here!  I don't know about you, but I really need a few days off.   Today we have layouts from three of our designers using the beautiful August kit featuring paper from Maja Designs.

 My children are my pride and joy. They simply fulfill my life and make me happy. 

I wanted to create a layout in a soft romantic style to capture this feeling. 

I went for the brown/grey/blue tones in the August kit. 

With the photo in the centre, I built my page in layers.

When I saw this beautiful frame from Dusty Attic in the Embellishment Add-on, 

I wanted to make a 9-photo collage.  The softness to the colors in this paper make is so easy to for layouts to come together.

I loved this quote and knew I wanted to use it for sure! I've scrapped this photo before, but when searching for some photos of myself with the kids, I realized that I spend almost all of my time BEHIND the camera and have very few . Something I will need to remedy!

Share a Moment with Leslie

Hi everyone.  This time around we have a layout created by Leslie using the beautiful August Kit with paper from Maja Designs.  

 This is my daughter in a hat that we covered with all those older Prima flowers from the milk bottles!  She went to a tea party and had to wear a fancy hat.  

They were having a contest on who had the best design and she won!
