Ulrikas December Kit and a Farewell

Hello CM fans! Today I have a lot of projects created with the pretty December kit! I just loved working with this kit and I´m very pleased with the results! This is also my very last post as a designer for C'est Magnifique. I have decided to step down from my DT post. I simply live too far from USA. Hope you will enjoy my last work!

From my own stash I used: paint, doilies, manilla tags and cardstock.
 

This first page is created after the December sketch. I left lot of white space and framed my photo with pretty flowers and embellishments. I have used supplies from the Main Kit, the Flower Add-On, the Embellishment Kit and the Mixed Media Kit.

Next page is fun and playful to fit my silly Santa. I just love this color combination! I used supplies from the Main Kit, the Flower Add-On and the Embellishment Add-On.

Here is a layout with a bit more simple and clean look. Oh well, not so clean but I actually didn't use any flowers. I wanted my sticker banners to show and also the golden paint with the stencil.

I have used supplies from the Main Kit, the Mixed Media Kit and the Embellishment Kit.

From my own stash I used: gesso, leaves and punches.

This is my favorite of the layouts and also the last I created. I put red paper behind the tags so the words show better. I fussy cut the Santa and used a lot of gesso. To add the snowflakes to the background  I used the holes after a punch and added gesso over it. I also used the sparkly flakes I got as extra from my Main Kit. I added a brad on one of the red flowers. I used supplies from the Main kit, the Flower Add-On, the Embellishment Kit and the Mixed Media Kit.

From my own stash I used gold glitter.

Over to some cards! This kit fits really good to create some nice Christmas cards! This first is in red and beige colors. I painted the chipboard with the golden paint from the Mixed Media Kit and used the thick ribbon behind my flowers. I used supplies from the Main Kit, the Flower Add-On the Mixed Media Kit and the Embellishment Kit.

Who wouldn't like to have Santa arrive in a hot air balloon? This card was a bit tricky to make but fun!

It's important to attend to all details when you create a 3D card. For this card I used supplies from the Main Kit and the Embellishment Kit.

From my own stash I used a doily, embossing enamel and paint.
 

And my very last card and project with CM kits. This card is a bit luxurious and elegant. I made a double bow with two different ribbons. The sentiment sticker is attached with 3D pads to get an nice curve to it. I used supplies from the Main Kit, the Embellishment Kit and the Flower Add-On.

November kit with Ulrika!

It´s time to show you what I created with the November kit!

This was an amazing kit to create with and I love what came out of it! I have four layouts and three cards so this is a long post! First is this layout created after our November sketch.

For this layout I used supplies from the Main kit, Flower add-on, Embellischment add-on and the Mixed-media kit.

From my own stash I used: Gesso, stencil, doilie.

On this layout I used black for a cool contrast. I think it really makes the other colors to pop!

I used the stamp from the Embellie kit to create the borders. I also used the mint green gesso to get som teexture. In the Main kit you find a Prima Ephemera kit and I used some sequins from that kit. 

For this layout I used supplies from The Main kit, Floer add-on kit, Embellie add-on and the Mixed-media kit.

From my own stash I used: stamp, ink pad, doilie, stencil, cardstock.

Here I almost used the same colors as the layout above but I added a bit brighter turquoise. Here I played with layers and the title.

This kit really inspired me to create cards. There are so many fun options for focal points. Here I used the cute picture of a fairy from one of the papers. I also used black to create a dramatic look.

For this card I used supplies from the Main kit, Embellie kit, Floer add-on and the Mixed-media kit.

I just love pink! Here I created a monocromatic card with many layers.

For my thist card I was a bit more playful with colors and patterns. I mixed both romantic and cool elements.

Are you still with me ;) I think I saved the best for last! I really like how this layout turned out. I used a lot of tags and paper strips. I also added paints from the kits and made dots with the Liquid pearl in yellow. A fun and playful layout.

October kit with Ulrika!

 It´s time to do my reveal for the October kit! As so often my projects came out totally different from each other.

      

 On my first layout I used a light background. I used the Stencil, keys and stamp from the Mixed-media kit. The flowers I used are from the Flower add-on kit and you find the brown letters in the Embellie kit. Papers and stickers are from the Main kit.

From own stash: Gesso, ribbon, black stamp pad.

I totally fell in love with the fun and very pretty flakes. As you see I used it a lot! I used the Emboss-it Dabber on my chipboard and then I used the Orbit Olive Gold Embossing powder. I added the Embossing powder on almost all paper edges also. My flowers are from the Mixed-media kit and Embellie kit. The large Butterfly from the Main kt got company by some cute birds from the Embellie kit.

I was very inspired by all cute images in this kit! I made three large tags. I like the shape of a tag and if you make them large they can pass for a card. On the blue one I used a image from the Maja Design papers. I used one Butterfly as embellishment. The tag in the middle has a image from the die-cut package. I also used two flowers from the Flower add-on kit. The one on the right got two different die-cuts and I used 3d pads. The lace from the Main kit gives it a vintage look.

This is my last project for this post. You will also see my take on the sketch at the first of October.
Here I went for a green and yellow combination. I also added a tiny bit of blue but the flowers work well because they have yellow prints on them.
I used the stencil and Butterflies from the MM kit and flowers from the Flower add-on kit. The frame and the pearl swirl are from the Embellie kit. Paper, letters and chipboards from the Main kit.
